Jignesh Khakhar, Director – Medical & Life Sciences at Capgemini Engineering and Center Head, brings over 25 years of IT experience spanning diverse roles and responsibilities, with more than 15 years in Agile program leadership.

As a Delivery Manager, he has successfully managed multiple customer relationships across the globe and across domains. His expertise lies in people leadership, governance, risk management, process orientation, and driving qualitative and quantitative program management.

He has been instrumental in launching the “Lab of Future” offering and currently heads the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Center of Excellence

A certified SAFe Practice Consultant, Jignesh has mentored, trained, and certified over 2,500 professionals across SAFe roles, including Architect, Product Manager & Product Owner, Agilist, Scrum Master, Practitioner, and DevOps.
