The journey
She commenced her journey in the HR industry as HR Executive. In a span of a year, she picked up the
recruitment process, client communication, vendor management, and placement. In her next role, she took up
additional responsibilities like appraisals, events management, and payroll management. For the next 5 years,
she worked as Sr. HR Executive and her job role encompassed all HR-related tasks.

Educational qualifications
Tripti did her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya and post-graduation from IBS Hyderabad. To this date, she
